Welcome
Soprano Anna Aistova began her musical journey at the age of six as a pianist before quickly emerging as a soloist in the Children’s Choir of Radio & TV in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She holds degrees in Voice from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Master’s degree in Opera from the Mannes School of Music.
Her work spans opera, orchestral, and genre-crossing projects. Operatic roles include Josephine (*The Comedy on the Bridge*), La Fée (*Cendrillon*), Norina (*Don Pasquale*), Calisto (*La Calisto*), and Adele (*Die Fledermaus*). Highlights include soprano soloist in Mahler’s Symphony No. 4 with the Mannes Orchestra and leading roles with Mannes Opera and New Rochelle Opera.
Anna is a finalist in the SAS Performing Arts Competition and won Second Prize in the 2024 John Alexander National Competition. She is a frequent soloist with Musica Viva NY, performing works such as Mozart’s *Requiem*, Fauré’s *Requiem*, *Vesperae Solennes de Confessore*, and Brahms’ *Ein Deutsches Requiem*. In 2025, she joined the prestigious Castleton Festival in Virginia.
She concluded her 2025 season performing an original blend of classical music, rock, and traditional repertoire on the Zócalo, Mexico City’s main square, during the annual *Luces d’Invierno* Festival, reaching audiences of over 100,000 per performance. She began 2026 with participation in Accademia Verdiana New York in collaboration with Teatro di Parma. Upcoming engagements include her debut as Queen of the Night with Regina Opera and a tour to Madrid as soprano soloist in Orff’s *Carmina Burana* at Teatro del Retiro.
